High in the Toggenburg Mountains
++++Toggenburg in eastern Switzerland. The place where I took a breathtaking hike, I was late at the summit, so I was able to take some excellent photos of the peaks of the western Alps. ++++From the 8 to the 9 September 2018, the Swiss Wavepool Championchips of the SSA were held at the Urbansurf Wave in Zurich.
Gorgeous weather conditions on Saturday were great for taking good pictures. Sunday was wet and cold and hard. The good mood and very good surfers made it easier to take good pictures! Visit the fortress Trin
++++The fortress barrier Trin has always been a well guarded secret. For a few years, it is now a museum and you can have guided tours of the whole fortress. Lucky we had an excellent guide. Seid einigen Jahren ist es nun ein Museum und man kann Führungen durch die ganze Festung haben. Ein Glück das wir einen ausgezeichneten Guide hatten. End of the Winterseason 2019
++++This end of the season, also called "letzter Bügel", we were in a mountain hut of a friend at Greina Sogn Martin. A nice but sometimes frightening hike with some fog on the peaks, some unknown passages and a bit late on the way. But the "tea" was good and the sunset was amazing. My companions were great, as always! Some impressions, if you click on the pictures above! ..Dieses Saisonende, auch „letzter Bügel“ genannt, waren wir von einer Berghütte eines freundes bei Greina Sogn Martin. Eine schöne, aber manchmal beängstigende Wanderung mit etwas Nebel an den Gipfeln, einigen unbekannten passagen und etwas zu spät unterwegs. Aber der "Tee" war gut und der Sonnenuntergang war der Wahnsinn. Meine Begleiter waren toll, wie immer! Einige Eindrücke, wenn Sie auf die Bilder oben klicken! ..Cette fin de saison, appelée aussi "letzter Bügel", nous étions dans la cabane d'un ami à Greina Sogn Martin. Une randonnée agréable mais parfois effrayante avec du brouillard sur les cimes, des passages inconnus et un peu tardive. Mais le "thé" était bon et le coucher de soleil était incroyable. Mes compagnons ont été formidables, comme toujours! Quelques impressions, si vous cliquez sur les images ci-dessus! ..A fine stagione, chiamato anche "letzter Bügel", eravamo in una capanna di montagna di un'amica a Greina Sogn Martin. Un'escursione piacevole ma a volte spaventosa con un po 'di nebbia sulle cime, alcuni passaggi sconosciuti e un po' in ritardo sulla strada. Ma il "tè" era buono e il tramonto era incredibile. I miei compagni erano fantastici, come sempre! Alcune impressioni, se fai clic sulle immagini sopra! ..Este final de la temporada, también llamado "último templo", estábamos en una cabaña de montaña de una amiga en Greina Sogn Martin. Una caminata agradable pero a veces aterradora con algo de niebla en los picos, algunos pasajes desconocidos y un poco tarde en el camino. Swiss Wavepool Championchip 2017 Zürich
++++From the 1st to the 3rd September 2017, the Swiss Wavepool Championchips of the SSA were held at the Citywave in Zurich. The weather did not start right at first, but then recovered until Sunday! A great atmosphere, even in the rain, great surfers, so I could make some great pictures! To see more, click on the image above. I was also able to produce some 360° video, to be seen here. ..Vom 1.-3. September 2017 wurde, an der Citywave in Zürich, die Swiss Wavepool Championchips der SSA durchgeführt. Das Wetter wollte anfangs nicht so richtig, es hat sich dann aber doch noch erholt bis am Sonntag! Eine tolle Stimmung, auch bei Regen, tolle Surfer, so konnte ich einige tolle Bilder machen! Le temps n'a pas commencé tout d'abord, mais il s'est encore rétabli jusqu'à dimanche! ++++On the eastern edge of the Philippine Islands, there is the wonderful island of Siargao. We've ended up in General Luna, where we slept in the Siargao Inn, and celebrated the after surfing chilli'n. The waves excellent, the Surfguides of "VeryGoodNice", super. The people, always a smile on the face. The crew of the resort, always helpful. A great place to enjoy with best friends. All in all worth the long journey! Uns hat es nach General-Luna verschlagen, wo wir im Siargao-Inn geschlafen und das Aftersurf-chilli'n zelebriert haben. Die Wellen, hervorrangend. Die Surfguides von "VeryGoodNice", super. Die Leute, immer ein lächeln im Gesicht. Die Crew des Resorts, immer hilfsbereit. Ein toller Ort, um ihn mit besten Freunden zu geniessen. Alles in allem die lange Reise wert!
